D6.4 Commercial Plan PHDS Exploitation, First-Phase Service Deployment and Sustainability

Description

This deliverable defines the first-phase exploitation pathwar for the Paediatric Health Data Space (PHDS), as the operational continuation of the PHEMS project. It translates the technical, governance, operational and stakeholder-engagement groundwork developed through PHEMS into a practical framework for PHDS deployment, service activation and long-term sustainability.
