Lilybaeum (Marsala) and the Major Lunar Standstill
Description
Here we discuss a possible astronomical orientation of the Decumanus Maximus of Lilybaeum (Marsala). Its direction is coincident to the northernmost direction of the moonset on a major lunar standstill.
