Description

This dataset contains joint site frequency spectra and demographic model input files for fastsimcoal2 analyses associated with the manuscript “A cryptic ghost lineage and bedrock shift underlie the Last Glacial Maximum origin of alpine Cochlearia excelsa” by Nora Walden, Levi Yant, and Marcus A. Koch.
The archive fastsimcoal2_input.zip contains two subdirectories: 01_excelsa_origin, containing input files for analyses of the origin of Cochlearia excelsa, and 02_EIS_split, containing input files for analyses of the split within EIS. Files include observed joint site frequency spectra (.obs), demographic model templates (.tpl), and parameter estimation files (.est). A separate README.md describes the file organisation.
Detailed methods, model descriptions, software versions, and analysis settings are provided in the associated manuscript and its supplementary material.
