PyOccult: asteroid occultation search for one observer site

Description

Portable Python replacement for the Occult occultation predictor: finds asteroid occultations of Gaia DR3 stars for an observer site (JPL Horizons orbits, NAIF SPICE, a local magnitude-limited Gaia catalog), with an all-asteroid target pick, shadow paths with 1- and 3-sigma limits, event previews and a local web interface. Validated against Occult Watcher Cloud.
