EOSC-ENTRUST D3.1 Opinion Paper: How EOSC-ENTRUST contributes to EOSC, EHDS and European Data Spaces and what remains to be done

Europe is investing heavily in federated infrastructures for research and innovation, in particular through the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC), the 1+ Million Genomes (1+MG) infrastructure, the European Health Data Space (EHDS),the broader Common European Data Spaces agenda and the emerging AI Factories ecosystem. While these initiatives differ in scope and governance, they share a common challenge: enabling trustworthy access to sensitive data across organisational, national and sectoral boundaries.
