A Reproducible Decoding Method for the La Buse Cryptogram — Technical Protocol v3.5

Authors/Creators

Description

This record presents version 3.5 of my proposed reproducible decoding method for the 17-line cryptogram commonly associated with Olivier Levasseur (“La Buse”) and first published by Charles de La Roncière in 1934.
Version 3.5 substantially expands and reorganizes the reconstruction. The method is presented from the original cryptogram through the operator system, missing-letter sequence, numerical branch, coordinate construction, second-layer route text, compass framework, six-vector route and terminal field instruction. Open assumptions, conditional steps and unresolved selectors are explicitly identified.
The present upload contains the full Russian, English and French versions of the method. It is intended to establish a public, dated and independently verifiable record of the reconstruction and its authorship.
I do not claim that this publication proves the historical authorship of the cryptogram or that treasure exists at the derived location. The purpose of this record is to publish the method itself in a form that can be independently reproduced, criticized and tested.
