Figure 3 Taxonomic classification success. (A) Fungal ITS with UNITE (Abarenkov et al. 2023); (B) plant ITS2 with BOLD (Jones et al. 2021); (C) rbcL with BOLD (Jones et al. 2021). The max. possible for each bar in the plot is based on the number of successful consensus sequences: 1,985 for ITS, 2,209 for ITS2 and 1,952 for rbcL. Default percentage identity thresholds were used: Kingdom: > 80%, Phylum: > 80%, Class: > 80%, Order: > 85%, Family: > 90%, Genus: > 94%, Species: > 97%.
