Description
A Python and Fiji pipeline that batch-stitches Zeiss .czi brightfield mosaic scans into tiled, compressed OME-TIFF files with physical pixel sizes, including flat-field illumination correction, followed by a QuPath script for dual-threshold tissue masking.
