Multi-Task Mouse Behaviour dataset

This dataset contains bounding boxes, instance masks, 27-point poses and persistent track IDs for laboratory mice, all annotated on the same frames. It covers nine standard behavioural assays filmed from above, with 14,300 frames (1280×720, 30 fps) and 27,716 annotated instances.

The assays are the Barnes maze, direct interaction, marble burying, novel object recognition (in two arenas), open field, social interaction, T-maze and three-chamber sociability. Four of the nine assays have more than one animal (2–4 mice).
