LEGAL MECHANISMS FOR ENSURING HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN THE CONTEXT OF CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS

This article examines the legal mechanisms for ensuring human rights and fundamental freedoms in the context of constitutional reforms, with particular attention to the development of constitutional guarantees, the rule of law, and democratic governance. It also analyzes the constitutional reforms implemented in Uzbekistan in light of international human rights standards and proposes recommendations for strengthening legal protection mechanisms.
