GMA — Data and code for the pre-registered calibration protocol (BRm★)

This repository contains the data and source code associated with the pre-registered calibration protocol (BRm★) for the GMA project.

Repository Contents:

• data.csv: Dataset used for the analysis and calibration.

• reproduce.py: Main Python script to reproduce the analyses and results presented in the protocol.

• config.yaml: Configuration file containing the necessary parameters to run the reproduce.py script.

• README.md: Detailed instructions for installation, usage, and reproducing the results.

• LICENSE-CODE and LICENSE-DATA: Respective licenses applicable to the source code and data.

Requirements:
Python 3.8+. Necessary dependencies are listed in the README.md file.
