Description

This document provides the data (codon usage, base composition, recombination, expression...) and the source code for the figures compiled for the study realized by Pouyet F, Mouchiroud D, Duret L and Semon M.

data_HumanCodon Usage.zip is a compressed folder that contains useful data for the paper that is information on base composition, intragenic recombination rate and expression levels at several cellular stages or tissues for GO terms and for individuals human genes but also a perl script to select canonical transcript. Useful README files are available in this folder for more details.

fig_HumanCodonUsage.zip is a compressed folder that contains the figures of the paper in .png format as well as the R source code to produce them
