Research career models as a bridge between responsible assessment and institutional policies

A poster developed by the CoARA National Chapter of Poland was displayed at the CoARA Conference 2026 titled, "Research career models as a bridge between responsible assessment and institutional policies. The poster focuses on how research assessment directly informs recruitment and career progression decisions, presenting two perspectives: 1) a mapping of actual research career pathways in Poland, focusing on employment stability and research independence, and 2) an institutional cases tudy of career reform at Jagiellonian University, including measures developed within Jagiellonian University's CoARA Action Plan.
