QKM: A Finite-Origin Unification Architecture and Its Continuum Gauge--Bulk Closure

REPORT 19 presents the D170 unification architecture, showing how gauge, gravitational, quantum, and protected information-theoretic sectors arise as typed descendants of a common finite microscopic structure, while preserving explicit ownership, continuum bridges, reproducibility, and theorem status. It consolidates the constructive Yang--Mills mass-gap result, the controlled gravitational 1PI description, and the finite/protected quantum-gravity framework within a single owner-resolved formulation.
