A: The Atomic Ledger — Nuclear Binding, Energy Shells, Orbital Shapes, Spin as Register Encoding, and Chemical Bonding as Bandwidth Arbitrage in the Causal Network

Description
This volume (Volume A of the Ontology-First N.E.A. Series) establishes the complete atomic and nuclear structure audit within the N.E.A. (Network Emergent Architecture) framework.
Part I derives the four nuclear force coefficients from K4 defects embedded in the causal network. The resulting binding energy curve peaks exactly at mass number A = 62, coinciding with the experimentally observed champion Ni-62. Three of the four coefficients reproduce the curve to within 1.8%, with the Coulomb coefficient within 4.5% (inside the SEMF range). The predicted proton number Z = 27 is one unit below the experimental Z = 28, a known systematic limitation of the liquid-drop model that omits shell corrections.
Part II models the electron as a 1D causal chain endpoint on the shell-stacked wavefront. Atomic shells and orbitals (s, p, d, f) emerge as discrete bandwidth-minimizing eigenmodes filtered by the Oh point-group symmetry of the virtual C8 bookkeeping interface. The periodic table termination at Z = 118 is explained by cumulative multi-electron addressing depth overflow in the near-25-bit causal graph scheduler. Chemical bonding is reinterpreted as bandwidth-sharing arbitrage.
