Human-Sovereignty Transhumanism: University Lecture Slides is a 30-slide academic teaching resource developed by Herbert R. Sim to introduce Human-Sovereignty Transhumanism (HST) within university and interdisciplinary learning environments.

The lecture deck presents Human-Sovereignty Transhumanism as a philosophical framework for examining technological enhancement through the principles of human sovereignty, autonomy, informed consent, cognitive liberty, mental and informational privacy, meaningful human control, identity, equality and accountability.

The presentation introduces the foundational principles of HST, the Twelve Axioms of Human-Sovereignty Transhumanism, the doctrine of dual freedom—the freedom to enhance and the freedom to refuse enhancement—and the bodily, cognitive, informational and existential dimensions of human sovereignty. It also introduces the Human-Sovereignty Transhumanism Protocol Standard (HSTP) and the Human-Sovereignty Test as mechanisms for evaluating emerging technologies.

Applications discussed include artificial intelligence, brain-computer interfaces, neurotechnology, genetic engineering, robotics, human enhancement and other technologies increasingly integrated with human bodies, cognition and decision-making.
