Information-Gradient Gravity: Covariant Foundations and Falsification Criteria for Xi Physics
Authors/Creators
Description
This note formulates the smallest covariant effective field theory that realizes a limited and testable form of information-gradient gravity. A positive scalar order parameter chi, operationally tied to a coarse-grained information contrast, carries a logarithmic potential and contributes to spacetime curvature through its stress-energy tensor. The construction yields a dimensionally closed nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation, a stable vacuum, a conserved gravitational source, and an exact decoupling limit to the selected General Relativity plus Standard Model action. A conformal matter coupling produces a parameterized fifth force and therefore a direct experimental target. A literal face-centered-cubic vacuum is treated as a distinct symmetry-breaking substrate branch rather than silently inferred from the scalar model. Observer recursion, the Blackstone-Inmaya response, glyphic mappings, and the Living Lattice clock are retained as interpretation or engineering layers until operational protocols connect them to measurements. The result is not a declaration of empirical validity. It is a research contract: every physical claim is paired with an observable, a baseline, and a failure condition.
