Polygenic risk score weights for 24 cancers developed using SDPR

This dataset contains polygenic risk score (PRS) weights for 24 cancers developed using SDPR. Each score is provided as a tab-delimited text file containing chromosome, genomic position, rsID, effect allele, other allele, and effect weight. Genomic coordinates are consistent with GRCh37/hg19 based on rsID-coordinate spot checks.

The accompanying README provides the file inventory, variant counts, column definitions, GWAS sample information, and reported score performance in UK Biobank. The dataset contains variant-level scoring weights and does not include participant-level genotypes or individual polygenic scores.
