BIG-B18: Boundary Readout Operators in Boundary Information Geometry: From Read-Start Local History to Interface-Core Path Exposure in a Reaction-Diffusion-Inspired Front Model

Description

English Description

BIG-B18 develops a unified readout-operator interpretation of memory-bearing boundary dynamics in Boundary Information Geometry (BIG).

BIG-B17 showed, in a reduced free-boundary model, that retained boundary history affects later response when it remains locally readable in the current moving-boundary frame. BIG-B18 extends this distinction between stored history and readable history to a reaction-diffusion-inspired propagating front with an inhibitor-like trace.

The central claim is operator-level:

A retained history field is not, by itself, a response variable. It becomes dynamically effective only after projection through a boundary-dependent readout operator.

The reduced readout form is:

L_read = ∫ λ(t) ∫ m(x,t) W(x;R(t)) G_ΣΦ dx dt.

In the B17 positive-feedback regime, this reduces approximately to a read-start local load. In the B18 reaction-diffusion-inspired inhibitory front model, later front suppression is better organized by path-integrated interface-core / threshold-gated trace exposure than by read-start local trace or global trace mass.

Scope and limitations: This work is a reduced numerical and operator-level study. It does not claim to derive reaction-diffusion chemistry, material interface physics, biological adaptation, wound healing, immune memory, neural memory, learning, consciousness, or quantum measurement. The reaction-diffusion front is used as a physically recognizable reduced test bed for the stored-history versus readable-history distinction.

L_read = ∫ λ(t) ∫ m(x,t) W(x;R(t)) G_ΣΦ dx dt.
