Description

This record contains the anonymised dataset and analytic syntax supporting a cross-sectional study of occupational burnout and associated outcomes in the UK film and television workforce.

Participants (N = 415) completed an online survey comprising the Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey (MBI-GS), the 12-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-12 v1) producing Mental Component Summary (MCS) and Physical Component Summary (PCS) scores, the Stigma-9 Questionnaire (STIG-9), the European Intrinsic Job Quality Index (EIJQI), and the Sexual Experiences Questionnaire DoD short form (SEQ-DoD-s; harassment subsample n = 286). Demographic and work-context variables were also collected.

Data collection took place online between 18 May and 14 July 2022 under ethical approval from the Northumbria University Department of Psychology Ethics Committee (Reference 45697). All participants provided informed consent.

The record includes the anonymised dataset (.RData and .csv), a variable codebook, the SPSS syntax used to score SF-12 MCS and PCS, the R analytic script reproducing all analyses reported in the manuscript, and a README documenting file contents and reproduction steps.
