Authors/Creators

Description

Under the wave of digital transformation of global education, "Internet +" is reshaping the autonomous learning ecology of higher education in various countries. This study systematically combed the status of College Students' autonomous learning in developed countries and regions such as the United States, the European Union, Japan, and emerging market countries such as India and China. It carried out cross-national comparison from four dimensions of resource supply, policy support, cultural soil and technology application, and deeply analyzed the common challenges and differences faced by college students in different contexts. Finally, it refined a hierarchical improvement path that adapts to China's national conditions and has an international vision. This study found that developed countries have the first mover advantage in the cultural accumulation and institutional design of autonomous learning, but face problems such as the expansion of the digital divide and the fragmentation of learning. China has realized overtaking on the curve in the construction of digital infrastructure and the application of AI technology, but there are still short boards such as the lack of self-learning awareness and the dislocation of resource supply and demand. By building a four-dimensional optimization system of "individual-university-platform -international collaboration", it can fully absorb international advanced experience, avoid common development pitfalls, promote the cultivation system of College Students' autonomous learning ability in China to mature, and provide Chinese practice samples for the digital transformation of global higher education.
