Menopause Care Playbook: Creating a Supportive & Inclusive Workplace

The Menopause Care Workplace Playbook is a practical, evidence-informed guide for organisations of all sizes, sectors and budgets. It provides adaptable actions, tools and real-world examples to help employers build more supportive workplaces for women navigating menopause, while protecting privacy, dignity, confidence and career progression.

The Playbook was developed by the Cross-Sector Menopause Taskforce, a pro bono coalition of public and private healthcare organisations, NGOs and employers working to advance menopause care, awareness and inclusion in Singapore and the wider APAC region. Co-chaired by NUS Bia-Echo Asia Centre for Reproductive Longevity and Equality (ACRLE) and HeyVenus Integrated Healthscience, the Taskforce brings together expertise from clinical practice, academic research, human resources, public health and organisational leadership.
