PLMCaliper

This dataset accompanies the PLMCaliper repository and provides the data and modified libraries used to reproduce the reported experiments. It includes ASTRAL40 sequences and annotations, BAGEL4 bacteriocin sequences and class information, and sequences from four selected protein families used for structure prediction experiments. Modified libraries for retaining complete retrieval hits are also provided for downstream PLMCaliper calibration.
