Code and Results for: Inter-Postsynaptic Functional Links for Associative Memory: Feasibility in a Realistic Neuropil Model

Computational model and supplementary code for the IPL (Inter-Postsynaptic Link) / semblance hypothesis paper, demonstrating structural feasibility. Includes the main simulation model (1000 μm³ neuropil volume, 1600 spines in this volume, 391 dendritic crossing sites, 151 abutted inter-dendritic spine pairs, 49 IPL-eligible abutted spine pairs, 44.7 ± 2.1 IPLs formed), a null-model control testing whether the main result depends on genuine site-pairing rather than the comparison baseline, a parameter sensitivity sweep, standalone degeneracy/signal-preservation calculations, all figure-generation scripts, and full documentation (README_main.md).
