Description
This report presents seven national case studies from the GIG-OSH project examining occupational safety and health (OSH) regulation, policy, and practice in the platform economy across Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Drawing on stakeholder interviews and updated desk research, the case studies explore recent regulatory developments, OSH challenges, enforcement practices, platform responses, and remaining regulatory gaps.
