The Hertz Bridge: Placing Electromagnetic and Gravitational-Wave Spectra on a Common Frequency Axis

Description

Gravitational-wave and electromagnetic spectra are conventionally treated as separate domains, plotted on independent axes, and studied by distinct research communities. When both are placed on a single continuous frequency axis measured in hertz, a simple observational alignment becomes available for inspection: nuclear magnetic resonance of 57Fe occupies the same broad neighbourhood, on a logarithmic ruler, as the high-frequency radio band and the theoretically proposed high-frequency gravitational-wave window.
