Basemap05

Basemap05 is a land use / land cover map for Denmark. Basemap05 integrates and combines publicly available spatial data for the year 2024 into one nationwide map for Denmark. Basemap05 has been compiled by Aarhus University, Department of Environmental Science as consultancy work for Statistics Denmark. The map is open access. Applied methods and data are documented in:

This document contains a description of metadata for publicly available data in Basemap05. Basemap05 contains 12 publicly available layers. All layers are in raster format with a cell size of 10x10 Meters and are available as geodatabase (Basemap05_geodatabase.zip) and geotiff (Basemap05_geotiff.zip).
