Eddy covariance data from a legume grassland on boreal mineral soil

Eddy covariance raw data from Anttila site, years 2022-2025. Data are categorised under three categories:

biomet
- description: Auxiliary measurements (e.g. air temperature, relative humidity, soil temperature etc) needed for interpreting eddy covariance flux time series, 30 min averaging time.

L2
- description: Quality filtered, fully processed eddy covariance flux time series

L3
- description: Gapfilled and partitioned (NEE -> GPP and Reco) flux time series. This data set is a derivative dataset from L2 data.
- filenameformat: EC_flux_L3_final_[siteID]_[year].csv

In all the files, time stamp corresponds to the beginning of the averaging period and time zone is UTC. The data have been derived from raw data stemming directly from the instruments in the field. L2 and L3 data have been processed following best practises for processing eddy covariance data. These practises conform to standardised ICOS research infrastructure practises (see e.g. here: http://www.icos-etc.eu/icos/documents/instructions) when applicable. The processing procedure contains several steps which results in ecosystem-atmosphere flux time series with 30-min time step. The time series are cleaned and quality controlled. Variable metadata can be found from separate files. Data files can be accessed with any software that is capable of handling csv-files.
