EPS Emssanar currently handles a highly manual and operational process for managing judicial health-related tutela cases, including email reception, rights validation, document consolidation, and system registration. This operational burden poses risks in terms of efficiency, traceability, and timely response. This proposal aims to automate the entire process using artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques, enabling automatic extraction, structuring, and validation of information from emails and attachments. The expected outcome is a significant reduction in processing time, fewer manual errors, and improved traceability throughout the workflow—from email reception to case registration—ensuring more efficient and timely management of judicial health requests.
