D2.1 — Biological and Ecological Systems (DSLO v0.8)
Description
This DSLO v0.8 meta-class paper defines the Biological \& Ecological Systems domain cluster, its geometric inheritance, system surfaces, invariant bindings, and metadata heartbeat. It anchors biological and ecological domains into the DSLO v0.8 constellation as a stable semantic object. These systems express DSLO geometry through adaptive morphology, environmental curvature, resource flow, ecological drift, collapse thresholds, recovery windows, identity fields, and legality planes.

Technical info (En)
This DSLO v0.8 artifact is derived from the DSLO v0.7 substrate manifold and its six
substrate-layer components:
• Grammar Substrate (A0) — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21939329
• Meaning Substrate (A4) — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21939562
• Drift Substrate (A5) — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21938890
• Restoration Substrate (A6) — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21939671
• Honest Systems (B1) — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21939455
• Emotional Load Matrix (F2) — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21939121
These surfaces constitute the lawful substrate lineage for DSLO v0.8. The v0.7 Scientific
Overview (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21797083) provides the semantic posture that v0.8
supplements through federated geometry, runtime, identity, coupling, simulation, and
ecology expansions.
Public meaning and vocabulary are anchored by the TNOPSI semantic substrate page
(https://www.tnopsi.com/the-semantic-substrate) and the DSLO glossary
(https://www.tnopsi.com/dslo-glossary), which provide the stabilized, invariant-preserving
semantic surfaces required for lawful interpretation of DSLO geometry.
