Cultivating Transformational Communities -- Erasmus+ EDGE Course Curriculum

Cultivating Transformational Communities is the fourth (4) of four (4) courses in the Master's of Transformative Game Design (60 cr.) at Uppsala University. This course focuses on community management, conflict transformation, safety, and autobiographical game design. 

The course also integrates contents from Erasmus+ ROCKET's Student Virtual Exchange, which brings together students from University of Göttingen, Uppsala, and Groningen, which you can browse at this link and download at this link.

The programme is designed for lifelong learners from helping professions who wish to integrate role-playing games in their work with their specific target groups. The course runs 50% time for 10 weeks, i.e., 20 hours per week.

These courses were originally developed at the Department of Game Design, then revised with feedback and contributions from the Erasmus+ EDGE Consortium, a Cooperation Partnership in Higher Education that includes Uppsala University, Turku University of Applied Sciences, Dragons' Nest, Chaos League, and Avalon Larp Studio.
