OSR11: Compound Flooding Events in the South Atlantic Eastern Coast

Description

This software identifies compound coastal flooding events along the Brazilian coast by combining tide-free sea-level extremes, significant-wave-height extremes, and an astronomical-tide level gate. It characterizes compound hazards from 1993 to 2025 and integrates hazard, population exposure, and social vulnerability to produce municipal coastal risk indices and identify priority hotspots for adaptation planning.
