Earth4All Argentina. Pobreza y desigualdad

Description

The 21st century demands a global rethinking of development models through a systemic and multidimensional lens. Grounded in the global vision of Earth4All—a scientific manifesto building upon the legacy of The Limits to Growth (1972)—this publication is part of Earth4All Argentina, an application of system dynamics to address the country's structural poverty and socioeconomic inequality.

Historical policy fragmentation in Argentina has routinely cushioned the immediate impacts of crises without altering the underlying system dynamics. To overcome this inertia, Earth4All Argentina proposes a sequenced policy framework across three interconnected phases: a short-term Comprehensive Social Investment Plan focused on essential social and care infrastructure; a medium-term Productive and Urban Development plan to drive job creation and industrial diversification; and a Universal Citizen Floor built upon a universal basic dividend to secure long-term autonomy and social integration.

By contrasting current inertial trends against a transformative 'Giant Leap' scenario, this document provides the analytical evidence and policy roadmap required to shift Argentina's developmental path by mid-century.
