omicsNLP/CoDietZenodo: CoDiet-Corpus conversion

Code to convert raw XML files to BioC-JSON and integrate BioC-JSON annotations files with those processed data. This code is to recreate the full CoDiet corpus, including documents with licenses that do not permit derivatives. Documents with non derivative licenses are only includes as the raw files and hence need to be processed by each user. The annotations do not contain any derivative content, but the offsets and spans are interoperable with the archived XLM files (after conversion to BioC-JSON).
