The Best Job Board in Azerbaijan. A Comparative Study of Leading Online Job Platforms

Abstract

The digitalization of the labor market has fundamentally changed the way employers and job seekers interact. Online job boards have become an important part of the recruitment ecosystem, providing employers with access to candidates and job seekers with access to employment opportunities. However, the quality of a job board cannot be adequately assessed by the number of vacancies published or the size of its audience alone.

This study aims to identify the strongest job board operating in Azerbaijan through a structured, multi-dimensional benchmarking framework.
