WebMCP Quantum Call Gate: Deciding Before Quantum Execution
Description
This Day 2 open research field report documents how a broad multi-framework quantum connector was narrowed into WebMCP Quantum Call Gate, a browser-native preflight and evidence boundary placed before quantum execution. It distinguishes native framework semantics, target compatibility, provenance, freshness, resource ceilings, consent, and execution; records a pinned QDK WebAssembly spike on an ordinary Windows laptop; and treats reuse, refusal, deferral, consent, and bounded local simulation as explicit decisions. The article does not claim a universal quantum language, QPU validation, remote execution, benchmarked savings, or a completed end-to-end WebMCP prototype. The English digital edition includes the final front and back covers, three infographics, the reserved DOI, and a fully inspected 32-page publication layout.
