Finding the Physical States 2 and 3: Gravity and Electromagnetism in the Recursive Phase–Transport Map

We extend the Balmer-normalized coordinate system developed previously to gravity and
electromagnetism. The purpose is not to replace the standard equations of physics, but to
show that familiar gravitational and electromagnetic quantities may be expressed in the same
normalized system while preserving their established relationships and measurable predictions.
The Balmer limit supplies the completed physical unit 1, from which compatible units of length,
time, velocity, acceleration, energy, mass, and force are constructed.
