Description
Digital Humanism is not an aspiration for policymakers to endorse in principle; it is a proven, deliverable outcome of EU-funded research and innovation. Recent Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe projects have already produced governance frameworks, participatory methods and accountability tools that keep digital transformation aligned with democracy, human rights and the common good. The question facing policymakers is therefore no longer whether Digital Humanism can be funded successfully – it is why so little of the current Horizon Europe budget funds it deliberately.
