Description
The GenE-HumDi Training School held in Trondheim (Norway) on the 24-26 June 2026, provided an overview of Homology-Directed Repair (HDR), CRISPR-based genome editing, and adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated gene delivery, with a strong emphasis on their application in gene therapy. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, practical exercises and discussions, the course bridged fundamental molecular biology with current research and clinical applications
