Multiplex and Hyperplex Immunofluorescence Imaging Dataset of Human Tonsil Tissue (7-plex and 43-plex)

This dataset contains multiplex and hyperplex immunofluorescence (IF) images of healthy human tonsil tissue used for the development and evaluation of UMITIC, an unsupervised framework for cellular phenotype and spatial neighborhood characterization.

The dataset comprises two imaging panels:

• 7-plex multiplex IF dataset: Six whole-slide images of healthy human tonsil tissue.The panel contains DAPI, CD4, CD8, CD20, CD21, CD23, and CK. 
• 43-plex hyperplex IF dataset (Arlene_Tonsil_9x9): Whole-slide image of healthy human tonsil tissue acquired using the PhenoImager-Fusion 2.3.1 platform (Akoya Biosciences). The antibody panel comprises DAPI-01, HLA-A, CD20, vimentin, CD31, SMA, PanCK, CD34, CD14, CD8, E-cad, CD45RO, CD44, GranB, iNOS, LAG3, HLA-E, CD19, Ki67, TIM3, Pax5, TIGIT, IFNG, VISTA, CD21, CD4, CD68, CD11c, CD45, CD3e, HLA-DR, CoIIV, FoxP3, CD163, IDO1, CD11b, CD57, PD1, PD-L1, CD107a, CD40, CD56, and CD278.
