Data for the PanGBank article use case

This archive contains the data required to reproduce the article use case presented in the PanGBank tutorials repository.

The dataset is used by the end-to-end tutorial accompanying the PanGBank publication:

The corresponding tutorial demonstrates how to use PanGBank and its associated tools to perform downstream analyses of microbial pangenomes.
