Mindboggle-101: Mindboggle output
Description
README
Output of the Mindboggle software (http://mindboggle.info) run over the Mindboggle-101 brains in 2014, plus an evaluation of the DKT classifier atlas.
This is bulk derived data, provided so results can be inspected without rerunning the pipeline. It is regenerable from the Mindboggle-101 dataset (record 1) plus Mindboggle.

DKT_classifier_evaluation.zip (40 MB) -- evaluation of the DKT classifier atlas, the .gcs FreeSurfer classifiers distributed in record 1.
The three result sets are separate archives so you can download only what you need; the manual-label results are the ones most users want. Data are distributed as archives rather than loose files because unpacking them yields 344 files, well over Zenodo's 100-file-per-record limit.
Software
Mindboggle (http://mindboggle.info), as run in 2014. Exact versions are recorded inside the archives where the pipeline logged them.

Start with record 1. It contains the labeled brains, atlases and templates, and is the record to cite for most purposes. Record 2 is separated only because its license is more restrictive. Records 3-5 are bulk pipeline output, derived from record 1 and regenerable from it with the named software. All records share the citation above and are grouped in the Mindboggle-101 Zenodo community.
