Replication code for "Reduced physical activity is unlikely to explain declining bone health during industrialization"

Replication code for the OA HeLP study of physical activity and bone health in the Orang Asli of Peninsular Malaysia. Bayesian regression (brms / Stan) estimating average exposure-response and marginal-effect functions for (1) physical activity to bone biomarkers and speed-of-sound under a mediator DAG, and (2) a community-level industrialization index to those outcomes via a one-stage hierarchical model with a community random intercept.
