The v0.2 candidate begins with secretary-001 at G0/G0.5, treats ChatGPT and Grok as proposal-only cognitive hosts, defines a 19-chromosome Universal Genome, governed inheritance and birth gates, RoleBinding-based authority, a deterministic proposal-to-commit Spine with CAS/idempotency/hash chaining, Pulse/Tempo/Resolution controls, and an evidence-driven G0→G10 roadmap. Evidence is bounded: 2048 proof obligations are registered, 4096/4096 bounded local model assertions pass, 18/18 seed reference tests pass, while live shared ChatGPT/Grok canonical state, clean-host restore, PostgreSQL atomicity, security/load/chaos and production readiness remain open.
