Open Research Programme: Human Development, Flourishing, Organisational Health and Direction — Release 0.1

This release establishes an open, corrigible interdisciplinary research programme concerning human developmental reorganisation, flourishing, healthcare organisational condition, and collective direction under uncertainty.

Release 0.1 contains the programme charter, the state of inquiry following an interdisciplinary literature audit, an open feasibility protocol concerning frontline adaptation and organisational learning in healthcare, and an open methods protocol concerning the developmental validity of structural psychological change.

The programme does not present its originating frameworks as established theories. It explicitly invites independent criticism, methodological improvement, replication, falsification, absorption into established scholarship, and retirement of propositions where warranted.

The release also includes a proposition registry, revision ledger, verified scholarly reference library, AI-assistance disclosure, citation guidance, licensing documentation, and release-verification note.

Use of these protocols creates no authorship obligation; independent testing, modification, criticism, and refutation are expressly welcomed.
