This paper investigates how Human Resource Planning (HRP) functions within the Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KKRTC). By examining feedback from staff across the Kalaburagi zone, this research highlights current practices, pinpoints structural hurdles, and offers recommendations to enhance administrative effectiveness. Ultimately, the study illustrates that without systematic planning, workforce forecasting degenerates into guesswork.
