A Neuropaleographical and Crypto-Linguistic Analysis of the Voynich Manuscript: Multi-Scribe Variation, Dyslectic Mirror-Shifts, and Syriac Medical Corpus Matching⁠

Dated to 1404–1438 AD, the Voynich Manuscript (Yale Beinecke MS 408) has resisted traditional cryptanalysis due to its abnormally low second-order character entropy and rigid "Slot Grammar." This study introduces an interdisciplinary framework combining cognitive neuropaleography with historical Semitic linguistics. We demonstrate that the text's taxonomy reflects the hyper-systemizing traits of Asperger syndrome, while recurring glyph anomalies result from horizontal-axis dyslectic mirror reversals (b/d and p/q) and visual ditography across two primary scribes (Currier A and Currier B). Once restored, the isolated consonantal roots correspond directly to the terminology of the medieval Syriac Book of Medicines across herbal, cosmological, balneological, and recipe sections.
