De-identified dataset of 480 childhood cancer survivors from the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort (SJLIFE) Study who completed ≥2 pulmonary function test (PFT) evaluations. Includes demographic and treatment characteristics, longitudinal PFT Z-scores (FEV1, TLC, DLCOcorr) at first and last visit, change in Z-scores over time, 6-minute walk distance, self-reported respiratory symptoms and SF-36 quality-of-life scores at first and last visit.

De-identified dataset of 606 childhood cancer survivors from the SJLIFE Study who underwent at least one on-campus pulmonary function test. Includes baseline demographic, diagnosis, and treatment characteristics (radiation exposure by field, chemotherapy exposure and dose, hematopoietic cell transplant history), body mass index, smoking status, exercise level, and time from diagnosis to PFT assessment. A grouping variable indicates whether each survivor had 1 versus ≥2 PFT assessments.
