Description
This dataset contains long-read RNA-seq data generated using Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) from whole blood samples of three healthy human donors (two males and one female).
Samples were exposed ex vivo to X-ray irradiation at a dose of 4 Gy and incubated for 6 hours post-irradiation. Sham-irradiated controls (0 Gy) were maintained under identical environmental conditions in a separate control room.
This repository contains the dataset as raw counts in the form of DESeq2 object (dds) used for downstream analyses.
