Description

This record contains analysis-ready data supporting the medRxiv preprint Cell-type-resolved somatic variant discovery from bulk long-read sequencing. It includes processed SniffCell find matrices, precomputed cell-type-specific differentially methylated region (ctDMR) atlases, sanitized modkit CpG pileups and read-assignment tables, V(D)J rearrangement event tables, single-cell DNA coverage summaries, and sanitized multi-region brain tandem-repeat figure-source tables.

No BAM, CRAM, or variant-call files are included.
